Womb healing therapy is a unique blend of holistic healing using massage techniques, acupressure, rocking with Rebozzo scarves and energy work to create a feeling of warmth and emotional well-being. It is deeply relaxing and you will feel physically and emotionally supported throughout. We will focus on massage of the abdominal, sacral and womb areas to help increase the flow of chi, one’s vital life for energy.  It supports the clearing of blockages and stagnant energy held within the tissues of the body while restoring balance to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.  The massage will bring equilibrium to mind, body and spirit with the unique fusion of massage, connection/meditation  & sound healing

We honour that the loss of a baby or womb can be a difficult time emotionally and hormonally for any woman. During this time a woman’s body needs time to rest, recover and come to terms with loss. This time should be allowed space so a woman can heal, grieve and understand their bodies on a deeper level.

After a woman has given birth this period is know as postpartum or the 4th trimester.  This time is still revered in many traditions as just as an important time as pregnancy. This is a time when a woman needs to honour her body and give it the time it needs to heal.  Modern mothers are prematurely pushed to “bounce back” and are often left alone to face the physical and emotional challenges of this new stage of their lives.  During this time for recovery 40 days has been traditionally seen as the amount of days a female postpartum body needs to recover and to also give the ‘new’ mother time to connect with her new born. Women experience a whole mind, body and spirit change upon birth and can be left feeling depleted energetically and physically.
