After cocooning away for a month or so, its time to 'Wild Re-set" 

When we come together a women, we feel the vibration and the life-force energy awaken in our bones & spirit. Lifting us up to rise & re-set together, ready for the new year ahead. 

During our time together we will gently awaken, ignite, shed and shake our bodies to see what needs to fall away and what then can land into our bodies ready to perculate & simmer as we move towards spring.
