We focus on the abdominal, sacral, and womb areas to stimulate the flow of Chi—your vital life force energy—clearing blockages and stagnant energy. This allows the nervous system to shift from "fight or flight" into deep relaxation and balance, restoring harmony between the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems.

• Pregnancy

• Day 1 or 2 of a heavy menstrual bleed, and 2 days before bleed is due

• Heavy bleeding postpartum

• If you have an IUD, Mirena or coil

• Active STD

• Active UTI

• Post ovulation IF you are trying to conceive or undergoing IVF

• Active trauma

This is a deeply nurturing and sacred experience, offering you the space to unwind, relax, and return to the innate wholeness within your womb and body. It is a gentle yet powerful practice that invites the return of any soul fragments or lost parts of self that may have become disconnected through trauma or emotional wounding.
 
During the session, your body will be lovingly wrapped in Rebozo scarves—traditional woven cloths that cradle you much like a baby swaddled in safety, or as if held once more in the womb—completely cocooned, safe, and held.
 
You will be guided into a state of deep rest, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to soften. In this space of stillness and surrender, you are given the time and support to call back and reclaim parts of yourself that may feel lost, fragmented, or ungrounded.
 
This journey is especially supportive for women who have experienced loss, grief, miscarriage, stress, nervous system dis-regulation, or hysterectomy. It is an invitation to heal, reconnect, and remember your inner wholeness.

By booking a Womb Hara Massage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions:
1. Womb Hara massage is not to be copied or shared without proper training and permission. It is essential to respect the sanctity of this work and its origins, as it is shared with profound respect for those who have come before. Your commitment to honouring these principles ensures the integrity of the practice and the continued lineage of wisdom.
2. A 50% not refundable deposit is required to secure your Womb Hara Massage, the remaining 50% is to be paid the day before attending our session.
6. Any rescheduled massage must be booked within 30 days of the original session date.
7. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and the full session fee will still apply.
8. Treatment time is approx. 2.5 hours however please allocate up to 3 hours altogether to accomodate a check-in before the session and a reflection about your experience afterward.
9. Womb Hara Massage is intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only and is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. You are strongly encouraged to seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or psychological concerns.
