can’t wait for next retreat. I really stepped into my feminine and feel so empowered. I even managed to sing and drum solo at ceremony on Sunday, I don’t think I’d have had the nerve unless I’d been to retreat. The united energy from everyone was such a gift. You girls are amazing. I’m so glad to part of such a wholesome, guiding, nurturing and loving tribe. This group is breaking down all the walls of taboo surrounding menopause and wiping that ancestral DNA of shame. I fucking love you all again.

Had such a beautiful day yesterday Joanna, thank you to you and Lisa!
I had the most intense flow of tears last night I think the sound healing especially brought up alot for me, I was sobbing for hours! So overwhelming but I am definitely getting good at embracing it ALL. Any pain, needs to be fully felt! Feeling tender today with a dull headache but some gardening and a walk was really grounding.
You and Lisa and your team of wild women are really a delight to be around, very authentic and grounding.

Its Laura here from the retreat you held at Avolan yesterday. Im from the group of 4 of us who sat next to you in the circle. Id just like to let you know how much we enjoyed the experience and how much better we all feel. All of you are such an inspiration. Ive come away full of ideas and a knowing i'm on the right path with reassurance from you wonderful women. We belly laughed, cried and felt joy all day and well into the night. We also felt closer together as friends which so special. Thank you
