About the event
We are back with a bigger, even more magical, more sacred 'Sacred Change' Festival at Stretford Hall, Manchester.
This weekend is an exploration of the medical, physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of the peri/menopause.
Joining together as one sisterhood, one power, one energy.
By giving women the power of information and choice, then women can feel informed aand make the right choices for them. We are all unique and yet similar, so one way is not always the right way. We are here to shows that there ar many ways to navigate the menopause. Coming together under one roof allows women to feel the power of sisterhood and to deeply understand what would be the right way for them, during this time.
This weekend is stacked with workshops, stalls, talks and therapists and experts across 4 rooms over 2 days.
We will have up to 20 facilitators, doctors, therapists and menopause experts to bring a “one stop shop” of all that women need to understand and . Combining the medical, holistic and alternative professions, all coming together with one goal to help more women. This building is made for us, there are amazing rooms and large spaces so that you attend workshops, chat to professionals, relax and meet like minded women.
We envision an even more deeply connected weekend, of inspiration, courage and growth.

Sunday 14th May = 10:00am - 6:00pm
This year we will streamline and sync but also aim to astound! They'll be workshops, ceremony, singing, dance, connection, talks and stalls. An extravaganza of all things woman.
