Wild Women Awaken

This workshop will focus around the maiden, spring energy of our feminine selves. We will explore and open up to the curiousity of the maiden, the playful, inquisitive, excitment and wonder of our bodies and spirit.  By exploring our maiden energies we will experience that we do not need to sit within one archetype of ourselves, if we do not flow between all aspects of our feminine selves we can become stagnant and still, feeling lack lustre and stuck. 

By exploring our wonder of self, life and nature and feeling a sense of emergence we can create newness, wholeness and aliveness! 

This is a 3 hour workshop where we will have time to go on a journey together as a circle of women.
